• Return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.

• Return requests are accepted only if there is a size issue or a defect in the product.

• The product will be picked up by the courier, and the refund will be processed immediately after the brand receives the returned item, through any available online payment method (InstaPay – Vodafone Cash – Bank Account).

• The customer pays for shipping

• The product must first be returned by the customer to the brand through the courier to ensure its condition and authenticity. Once confirmed, the replacement item will be sent directly to the customer do another shipping process.

• The customer only pays for one shipping.

١- يتم طلب الاسترجاع في خلال ٢٤ ساعة فقط من استلام المنتج

٢- يتم قبول طلب الاسترجاع لوجود مشكلة في المقاس او لوجود عيب في المنتج فقط

٣- يتم ارسال المنتج من خلال المندوب أولاً واسترداد المبلغ المستحق بعد استلام البراند للمنتج الخاص بيه مباشرة من خلال اي وسيلة دفع اونلاين (instapay- Vodafone Cash- Bank Account)

٤-يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن

١- يتم استرجاع المنتج لدى العميل للبراند أولاً من خلال مندوب الشحن للتأكد من سلامته وصحته ثم ارسال البديل للعميل مباشرة من خلال عملية شحن أخرى.

٢- يتحمل العميل تكلفة عملية شحن واحدة.
